Residencies in Boston's Public Schools

Stage Design Residency

at the Edison Middle School in Brighton

This hands-on class taught by Opera Boston Scenic and Costume Artists exposes middle school students to the many trades and skills needed for a career in stage craft.  In addition to providing the scenery, props and costumes for the school’s 7th and 8th grade productions, the course effectively restores visual arts to the school.   This program is made possible with a grant from EdVestors.
